Harry Sherman Crowe Housing Co-op, managed by Community First Developments Inc., sought to modernize its lighting systems for energy efficiency and cost savings. The project targeted two key areas: the underground garage and common areas.
The Challenge
Community First Developments Inc. aimed to retrofit the condo’s lighting with energy-efficient LED solutions. All LED fixtures needed to either include motion sensors or be dimmable to further optimize energy savings.
The Solutions
In Partnership with MADE Electric, AALED provided Harry Sherman Crowe Housing Co-op with a comprehensive lighting retrofit, including LED Vapour Tights, Motion Sensors, T8 Type B Bypass Tubes, 6″ Round Slim Panels, and 16″ Flush Mounts.
2FT Vapour Proof
Our Vapour Tight fixtures replaced outdated 110W fluorescent tubes, equipped with motion sensors to maximize energy and cost savings.
4FT Vapour Proof
Our Vapour Tight fixtures replaced outdated 110W fluorescent tubes, equipped with motion sensors to maximize energy and cost savings.
Motion Sensors
Our motion sensors provided an extra layer of energy savings in the underground parking garage.
4FT T8 Tube Bypass
Upgraded T12 and T8 fluorescent tubes (Over 30W) to AALED’s 12W T8 bypass tubes.
6'' Round Slim Panel
Our 6” round slim panels replaced outdated downlights in common areas.
16" Flush Mount
Our AALED LED Flush Mount fixtures were installed in place of existing ceiling-mounted fixtures.
